Are you wondering what Photoshop Action is???  Its a pre packaged effect that you can use to alter your pictures.  So no more hours and hours of work to get the perfect black and white or selective color (there are many many more options) Rita the owner has a ton of other cool photo stuff and info. Most of it is free but what she does charge for is very minimal and so worth the price.


Another really fun site is Paint the Moon.  She charges for some of her actions but they are beautiful!  She also gives away freebees if you follow her on Facebook.
